Client Instructions

As our client, we have a few simple instructions to enhance your experience. If for some reason you cannot follow these instructions, please alert Jerry to your situation. He will do his best to work around your limitations.

When in person we have a special room with a comfortable chair providing a calm dimly lit, quiet environment for the session. To prepare for a remote session choose a quiet environment free of distractions.  We suggest you dim the ambient light as best as you can. If you have a second telephone line, or cell phone, the ringer should be switched off during the session. Choose a comfortable place for the session, wheteher it is your bed, or a location you feel safe and secure within. We want you to be as relaxed as possible.

BREATHING
Take 4 deep breaths. Hold each one for a few seconds before releasing. As you release, make a sound similar to the sound made when you have eaten great ice cream… Practice this a few times before the session begins. The sound is like this: ummmmmmmmm… Feel it resonate within your chest and throat. This enunciation is a sacred sound of the feminine aspect and is traceable back thousands of years to a prayer ending. Jerry can tell you more about this if you ask.

Don’t Stop Breathing! I know this sounds silly at first, but you really need to breath in an even, almost rhythmic manner. Don’t breath unnaturally. Be aware of your breath and the rhythm. Don’t hold your breath or breath shallow. This is one of the most important things you can do to help Jerry as he connects to you.

You may feel tingling or warmth as the process evolves. This a normal experience. As energy moves through and around you, there might be some tangible evidence of this. The onset of feelings like this are a way for you to detect that something is happening. However, not experiencing this is no indication of how well the session is going. There have been those who feel nothing unusual is taking place. In some instances the area of the body Jerry is addressing might not provide you a tangible feeling as it is being worked with. Instead, you might experience warmth or sensations elsewhere on or within the body.

Jerry might speak occasionally as he works. Do not be alarmed if it is not understandable. He will advise you of all he “see’s” and will provide you as best he can with any details regarding your condition or situation. Additionally, Jerry is not “thrown off” if you cough, sneeze or move during the session. You are encouraged you to speak as you feel guided, and do what you need to do in order to be comfortable.

Feel free to ask questions at any time. If Jerry cannot answer immediately it is only due to the intense focus he must maintain to help you. Your questions will be answered once he is able.
